Angry Fire Pics won't upload

I am making a web page for my volunteer fire department. I have made it on MS word 2000 and everythnig has gone great till now. When I open the page while offline (in word) it looks really cool. Pics, graphics, gifs, sound, text, it's all there. However, no that I have uploaded the page to my ISP, the pics don't show up. The only thing that shows up is the little jpeg symbol. All else is fine, including sound and text. The gifs and jpegs are not working, however. Please help!

Hi Chad, welcome to the PC Mech forums!

My guess is that Word inserted the image tags using the full path rather than just the image name. For example, say you have your webpage in C:\Webpage and your images in C:\Webpage\images. Word probably inserted the image using "C:\Webpage\images\image.jpg" rather than "images/image.jpg", so when it tries to find them online it cant because there is no C: drive. If you know any HTML then open the file and go through and just delete the "C:\Webpage" part and it should work. Otherwise, I'm guessing there is an option that you can disable so that it will insert the image tags correctly. Hope that helps.

You mention that you uploaded the page to your server, but did you upload the pics?
