Yahoo Mail

Has anyone noticed a slow-down in the yahoo mail service? Doesn't matter if I use IE or FF, its taken a lot longer to load after I log-in( user name/password). I can surf other site with no issues, on slows to a crawl on yahoo mail. Thanks for any input!

Try to clear your internet history and cache. A good program is CCleaner (freeware). Let me know how it goes.

I use CCleaner all the time and it had no affect. It's only been slow the last three or four days but like I said, I don't have any other surfing issues. I'm gonna try my laptop and see what happens.

I R&R'd FF and it seem to have solved the problem there, still slow on IE, took 58 sec for the page to load after I completed the log in page and hit the refresh key because it hung. I rarely use IE anyway, thanks for your input.

If its taking long to load yahoo.com website than it means that the web server is responding slow because many users must be accessing it at the same time.

Which OS are you using?

do you finally get the website of yahoo.com or not afer connecting to it with slow speed?
If not, then go to Start--->Run--->cmd----> in command prompt type : "ipconfig/flushdns".

After, this try to access yahoo website again.
