Runtime Error

Please tell me what this means and how to correct it.
"Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to debug?

When surfing the web, I see this more and more.

Not real sure, but you may need to download and install Java Runtime (Free) from Sun Microsystems or it is a problem with the sites you are going to. Again not that shape on this stuff as it really never tripped my trigger like hardware.

Try tools, internet options, advanced tab. Under Browsing, there should be a checkbox for "Display a Notification About Every Script Error". Uncheck it & you shouldn't have any more probs.
