ok do you use a router, or direct modem->computer?

do you have any firewalls?

do you have windows firewall enabled?

have you tried switching modem off for a while and back on?

switch ISP, I would say...I had problem with comcast before, the connection keeps getting disconnected. Pissed me off when I play game online. I haven't got any problem since using ATT DSL, and a lot cheaper.
