website that allows large file attachment

I have a file that is 14,181kb. I'd like to send it to someone. Other than ftp, which I don't have set up...are there any programs or websites out there that allow large file sizes like this?

Check your e-mail system and your friend's. A lot of them these days allow 20mb attachments. You can also use any IM program or IRC.
