long wait for www... connection
Sometimes when I go to a site I see the message "waiting for www."fill in any name here".com and I never get connected. Other sites work just fine, still others may take a very long time. This has happened on some very large web sites. For example when I recently clicked on the amazon.com link: http://www.amazon.com/LG-VX-8350-Adv.../dp/8493881546 - 186k -
I had to wait over half an hour. Is there something not setup correctly on my PC? |

Sounds like it is "their" server being slow. Do most of the site you go to have normal load times?( Half hour...Wow!) I'm with you...Patience can be a virtue but...

Most sites I go to are very fast with no problem. This problem seems to be intermittent. It sometimes occurs on this forum and I see a message something like "transferring data from ads.peer39.com". Then my system just hangs there.
