Get this error: "The filepicker was unexpectedly closed by Windows"

It happens to all my browsers, IE7, FF. Whenever I right click to save an image or try to save a website or try to attach things to my email window, I get this error box saying that. After I click OK, I found out that my browsers are frozen, could not click anything. I have to use the task manager and force quit the program. Restarting the program, I get the same problem again. This is annoying, basically I cannot do anything with my browser that requires the search file window to be open. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I tried that, does not work. I tried the syschat forums, well the idea was there, but does not work.
After 6 hours of frustration, I managed to restore back my browsers to normal (I don't know how long this will last).
Easy method, use system restore tool and restore back to where you think is safe. Then pray your browser does not collapse. I had to restore it to 4 different days and FF3 does not help either. For some reason it hangs opening few normal pages. Maybe memory load or something
