smokin IE 7 problem.

Hello you all.
I have a system working with windows xp home, internet explorer 7
dsl conection.
the problem is that the system get connected but do not display all images and
whent I try to click any link, it displays a message that say:
the system detect a sicurity problem you need to install a IE virus software.

But I have a virus software on my system.
then after that the system freeze and I have to right click it and close it.

any idea what can be the problem?.

Scan for malware with antivirus and antispyware scanners.
