Ie6 To Hotmail Problem

Ie6 To Hotmail Problem-screenhunter_4.jpg
I have lost the facility to click email link on sites on web pages. This used to take me to hotmail and open new and put address directly in email. Now i am getting this page come up. Any ideas please. Hotmail and IE6 are working OK apart from this.

Send a message via AIM to Panama Red
Are you running Spybot's Internet Explorer Helper by chance? I've found issues with Comcast's email when that option is installed. Don't know if it affects Hotmail or not but its worth mentioning.
