Help....IE keeps crashing!

Recently I have been having a problem with IE crashing on me and I just cant pinpont the problem.....posting the most recent entries in my error log and my hijack scan....can somebody please have a look for me

Im also trying to repair this which is also in my error tons of times...

Service Control Manager The Application Management service terminated with the following error: The specified module could not be found.

when I researched it, I found this......

See if you have the file named "appmgmts.dll" in the %SystemRoot%\System32 If not, extract a copy from the Windows XP CD-ROM
folder. If not, extract a copy from the Windows XP CD-ROM

Well I dont have that file in there...but Im not really sure how I replace
it with my win cd disc....if somebody could help me with this I would appreciate it

I'm not the right person to check logs, but have you tried ie7? Why stay with ie6?

Replace the file by doing the following

Start

Run

cmd

SFC /SCANNOW

This will scan for all the OS Dll files, if one is missing,the command will ask for your CD ROM to be inserted so in can install the file

Get rid of that ram cleaner app.
