Cannot Access Certain Webpage on any computer, but works on my phone?

So, I left my computer on for a few hours, and I had this web page up because I was doing some training on it and I didn't want to close it out. After a few hours, I came back and contiunued the training. After when i went to submit my results, it came up with a "Page cannot be found" error.

I tried closing my browser and opening the page again, and now I get the same error. So i restarted my computer and tried...same thing...so i cleared my temporary files...same thing...so i opened firefox (i was using IE) and the same thing happens...so i reset my router a couple times and restarted my computer, same thing happens...and it's only this website...it takes a while to load then says it can't be displayed...so i tried accessing it from 2 more computers on my router, and the same thing, every website works perfectly at normal speeds, except this one website...i tried accessing the website on my cell phone internet, and it loaded fine...

what could be the problem here?

Have you tried connecting straight to the modem and taking the router out of the equation?

also, check the settings of your security programs, maybe one of them is blocking it.

I disabled all my security programs and it doesn't work. I've tried it on the other computers on my network, and some don't have security programs and it doesn't work. I connected my brothers wireless to a neighbors router, and the website works, so I'm assuming it has something to do with my router. I'll have to try removing the router in a minute, I have too many people connected to my internet right now using it.

OK so I plugged my computer directly into the router, and the website worked...i then connected my router back in, and the website no longer works...so it's obviously something with the router, but I don't know how to fix it.

Just for the heck of it, clear out the DNS cache

Start > Run and type cmd

At the prompt, type: ipconfg /flushdns

Then try accessing the page. If it works, great, if not, the problem is elsewhere.

One place to check would be your host file possibly the website got written to the file and is blocking it
look here: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC

so after a lot of playing around with the router and resets, it finally worked again, I'm not quite sure what I did.

I did try the flushdns thinga nd it did not work though.
