Email on server cannot get attachment. Needed urgently.
I purchased Norton Internet Security 2009 online from PCWorld.
Both my computers will not recognise the disc, desktop or laptop. Contacted PCWorld and they are collecting the disc on Monday. They have sent an email with return labels as an attachment The problem is, i have not received the email, i have just logged on to email via ISP (Orange) on the internet and the email has been sitting there for 2 days. But when i forward it, the attachment does not arrive. Anyone know how i can get the labels please. |

It could be not NIS2009 blocked the attachment from downloaded. Make sure you check on NIS for email attachment setting.

Create a web mail account (e.g. gmail,yahoo). Forward it there and download it.
