How to set google to google.com ?
Hi guys .. how i can set google to google.com permanently (i can do it from options temporarily then its back to google.ae once I clear cookies and temporarily internet files )

It's probably going based on your physical location.
You could probably use the host file to redirect it to google.com. I think that would be the easiest solution.

how possibly i can do it ? google is not set as my homepage .. I get google.com on IE7 , but on firefox it keeps returning to google.ae .. any clues ?

you can read this, and try searching for a few other examples: http://www.allthingsmarked.com/2006/...he-hosts-file/
This basically tells you how to block a site using host files, but if you can get the ip of google, you should be able to use that as the default and use the google.ae as the blocked. |
