certificate error warning

When I'm trying to access a website that is used to get a company's parts list and pricing, I get the flashing bar at the top saying I am receiving this because of a certificate error. Is this on my end or do I need to contact this site and have them update my certificate.

what exactly is the error you are receiving ? Maybe the certificate has been issued for a different domain than the one you are trying to reach: e.g.
If you https://mail.yahoo.com there is a certificate error because the certificate has been isssued for www.yahoo.com
