Webserver Stats

Hi there,

I have 2 dedicarted linux servers with root access, stored in remote data servers.

I have the ability to check server stats through WHM however I am looking for a software that will allow me connect to the server with some kind of offline program to get more inforation regarding the laod and state of the server in real time on either my pc or mac.

Can anyone advise a good program for doing this?
