Firefox

Hello all,

I have a computer that has internet explorer and firefox installed on it. After using IE and closing it out, I try to open Firefox and it will not open. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix the problem? I also uninstalled and then re-installed firefox without any success.

Thank you.

Will Firefox open right after a reboot? Which is your default browser?

I occasionally see this - if it happens again, bring up task manager, end all firefox.exe processes, and try opening it again.

I have troubleshooted this error before and what I have found is that generally this happens due to dns errors. Sometimes after closing Internet Explorer dns ceases to work correctly and firefox has problems starting when there are dns errors.
