software to check if sites are safe?

hi,
a friend of mine is working at a firm where he needs to check a few thousand sites in which his firm has a banner ad, making sure those sites are not displaying adult material for example, just needs to make sure the sites are ok to use the banner on. does anyone know of any software he might be able to use, to say enter in the sites names and it will check if the site is marked in someway as inappropriate? maybe something that reads the meta tags to figure that out?
