outlook exp will not open mail on two separate computers
a co worker has an email account with a local internet provider. He has a desktop and a laptop. Most of the time when he checks his email, it keeps asking for his id and password. he can try to check it on the other computer and gets the same thing. The email provider says his settings are correct to receive mail so it is something on his end. seems odd though that he cannnot get the mail on two computers, I can see not on one and having a tech problem on that computer, but on both? Any suggestions? Thanks!

When he enters the id and password AND checks the box to remember - does OE open and run ok?

No it doesn't open the email. Just keeps asking for his Id and password.
