Microsoft Outlook 2003
Hello everyone.
Quick question regarding Microsoft Outlook 2003's archiving. Once a folder is archived and it is saved as a .pst file, can the emails be physically removed from Outlook 2003 in its entirety. In other words, can I delete them out of outlook and still be able to open the archive to restore them should something come up? Thanks

Yes. Archiving for example copies the mail from you Personal Folder Inbox to a new pst -> Archive Inbox...You can access the mail there just like before.
You can also tell the archive function to automatically delete the old mail from the Personal Folder Inbox.
