Need help with OUTLOOK?
My outlook is not working properly and I cant delete anything from it. I have 2 messages in the outbox that dont seem to send and dont leave the box, but they do keep sending???
I cant delete them or clean out my box. I keep getting this message? 'THE MESSAGING INTERFACE HAS RETURNED AN UNKNOWN ERROR. IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTS, RESTART OUTLOOK." I have restarted it several times overthe past few days an dno luck???? Any ideas? Thanks Dave |

Unplug your network cable.
Click the Send/ Receive button - should produce an error. Click the Outbox-> you should then be able to delete the two mails or drag them to another folder.
