Question What are the optimal settings for Internet Explorer?

In the IE's internet options there are many options to select and switch. I know the basic stuff and half the things in advanced, but I want to know what are the optimal settings that would provide me with the best performance and security. Is there a guide for that or something?

If you want the highest security, it'll be a pain as you'll always be prompted. As your security goes down, it gets more convienient. You have to decide how important you are to hackers!

Hi calmius,

http://www.3dspotlight.com/tweaks/iexplorer/index.shtml

Take a look at that. Description of almost every option/switch and recommended settings. Hope that helps.
