IE causes my computer to crash
I use Windows ME. I didn't upgrade my IE or anything like that. Recently when I log on with my Netzero ISP, the minute I am logged on, my computer crashes. I don't know what causes this problem, but I need help because I can't use anything online. (I did this by using another cpu.) PLEASE HELP ME!!! Thanks a lot.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your netzero isp software?

try repairing IE by going to
add/remove programs, click on IE, click on add/remove, a box will pop up, click on repair. Most of the time this doesn't work, but its worth a try. |
