New to this board so I don't know if this has been previously addressed - Several weeks ago I was able to get to my MSN Homepage and other MSN sites with no problem. I am aware that they were working on some security issues. Anyhow, all of the sudden I can't access my MSN homepage or any Microsoft site at all (I get the time out result). The only MSN site I can access is Hotmail. Do I need to re-install my IE? Thanks in advance - Mike

Mike, welcome. I am surprised no one has taken the time to answer you. By now you have probably given up waiting. I expect that the problem has most likely disappeared by now. Anyway, no you shouldn't need to reinstall IE as a problem of this nature is usually related to your internet service provider or the microsoft web site itself. The other thing you can do at your end, is check if your internet service provider uses a proxy server, if so check that you have the correct details entered. This information is usually available from your internet service providers web site.
