Tons of Server Space.
Hi,
I have space on the server where my site is hosted that I will never need. It seems to me that somewhere in my travels on the net that I read it is possible to have others use that space. First is that true? Second, if it is how would I be able to do that without giving them access to my directories? Third, if my address is "ithl.com" what would theirs be? Finally, what would the exact process be to do this? Thanks muchly, dasen |

You'd need to give them their own directory that's visible to the webserver, as well as FTP access to that directory.
Be sure to read up on setting FTP permissions beforehand. You want to prevent them from going any higher up than their home directory. |
