Howdy,
128 bit encryption is a must for finacial transactions. Anything else is a risk.
Netscape and Mozilla have such support.
Go to www.mozilla.org and nab Mozilla. IE is unsafe and insecure.
The wonders of Micky$oft managed to make Netscape probematic because Netscape is a secure browser which can cause problems on some systems with IE installed.
Mozilla is 128 bit encrypted and even capable of 256bit encryption.
Its fast, safe and secure. If you want simple "pretty" the IE is your bag.
However, be advised that AOL has security issues and how Mozilla runs on an A-O-Hell account is unknown to me. Besta-luck!

You can download the 128-bit high encryption pack for 98SE/Explorer here. Be sure your browser version is 5.0. Go to Help>About on the top menu of IE to see what version you have.

Cool

Not sure about IE5 but if you would upgrade to IE5.5 I know 128 bit is supported. I upgraded mine from Microsofts site. You might check windows updates from www.msn.com and see if 128 bit is available for IE5.
