Microsoft Access on the Web

I'm trying to construct a simple B2B application for interaction between me and one of my clients. It involves a simple MS Access database that I can fully design myself.

However, it needs to be accessible on the internet, preferably through a browser. What is the easiest way to accomplish this? I'm looking for simple functionality such as entering records and generating a few reports and such. It will only contain a few thousand records.

Can I simply hand someone my database design to someone and it can be "converted" to internet use?

I'm a little unfamiliar with this so a basic response would be appreciated.

Thanks! Chris
