Wierd Outlook Email problems

I'm having 2 strange problems with Outlook on 2 different computers.

1st problem, old P4 WinXP box at home running Office 2000:

A company sent me some information on a mortgage (no attachment) and when I go to reply and hit send, Outlook crashes and says something like, "Outlook has experienced a problem and must close....." and then locks up. This is the only email in my inbox that is doing this so it's got to be something goofy with this email.

2nd (unrelated) problem at my office with 6 mo old Dell running Win 7 and Office 2007:

I sent a company I regularly do business with an email. When they respond, I don't get the email. I sent them several "test" emails asking them to respond, they did and I never received the emails. Finally, I sent them an email from a personal Yahoo account asking them to respond, they did, and I got the email in my Yahoo account. I then forwarded their response out of Yahoo to my office computer at work and I never received it! It's got to be something with this one company that is trying to send me an email as I'm not having a problem receiving from any of my other contacts.

I'm stumped. TIA

#1 - when you hit the reply button- try changing the format of the mail to plain text to see if that helps. And or ask them to send you a mail in plain text to see if you can reply to that.

#2 - Triple check the Account settings. There is a "Reply Email" line. Make sure it is empty and or make sure there aren't any type-o's.

Thanks, I'll take a look at that?
