Line speed vs # of users

I have seen a site that gave a general format for determining how many users can or should be on certain types of lines. ie 10 for isdn, 25 for cable, etc. I can't seem to find it, and need some info for a tech meeting with the Pres and officers in a couple of weeks. I am going to propose a T1, as we have 100 internet users at our company. Anyone ever see a site that describes something like this? Thanks in advance. Happy Holidays to all!

Thanks for the 2nd link. That looks pretty close to the one that I had. I'm going in the right direction now.
