Dear all,
I need help with a coursework of mine. The unit is COMPUTER LAW. The question: "Legal disputes in the computer industry are an everyday event. Prepare a critical analysis, to explore and explain, why such disagreements are so often settled by dispute procedures, that do not rely on traditional court-based litigation methods." Can anyone out there provide me with links to some articles related to the above topic? Microsoft's legal problems would be a great help, and online privacy issues -- such as the one with Real Networks and Intel -- would greatly help as well. Thanks a bunch! |

Go to www.google.com and type in what you are looking for. Another place to look for information is the California Librarians Search Engine at \

do you have any access to Lexis-Nexis or the Westlaw database? If so, they would be a great place to start.
