2 Browser Running At Same Time

My problem is this; everytime after few clicks on a web page the pictures becomes X,square box with an X inside.Sometime when I click on the X to view the picture it shows but most of the time " can't display page,can't display image.Because I have ONTRACK SS 4.0 installed in my computer,I use the registry fixer and sometime I'm able to see pictures.When it show me all the faults only one is "red";LOG FILES.Or when I try to clean my internet history using ONTRACK
it tells me that two browser are running at same time.I removed AOL 6.0 and installed 7.0 to see if I can fix the problem.Contacted AOL couples of time with no result.I only use AOL to connect with everything in the internet.I don't know much about programs,that's where I lack the most.I can built any type
of computer but can't fix programs problems .Any help? Thanks.

Browser > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced , tick , Show Pictures
