Whenever I right-click on the AnalogX icon in the tray to configure, and click OK, the tray icon still remains red. Any ideas why

I am guessing proxy right?
Well, you have to click configure, then ok. Make sure your ip is static.....

that's right
After configuring i.e. after setting the field "Proxy Binding:
Even if don't change any values (in 'configure' window) and click OK, it's still RED. After that I cannot access internet. I have to restart the machine. I applied the SP6 again, but no use. |

How is your ip address set up? It needs to be static.

Yes on LAN they are
Three machines on LAN, 10.0.0.X to 10.0.0.Y range.
