Netscape vs Explorer vs ......
AOL's (ugh) NETSCAPE is slowly falling behind the HTML
curve, to EXPLORER, etc. EXPLORER appears to keep up with the latest and greatest coming out of HTML code committees - and NETSCAPE doesn't. I too was brought up on NETSCAPE - but sad to say, EXPLORER has some features that are actually quite useful to the user. AOL's purchase, didn't help. I'm trying too, a recent copy of OPERA - which actually appears to run web searches faster than net or ex. ncsailors |

Howdy,
I too am a die hard Netscape/Mozilla user. I value my privacy and safety more then Micky$oft does so no IE here! Mozilla may be found at: www.mozilla.org I highly recommend it, fast and safe. Hell, it even displays this site which most know is IE optimized cuz these folks sleep with Billy. (right, I aint gunna catch hell for that statement.. )

IE 5.01.
And I've been an IE fan all the way since I started using Internet, back in 1997. Tried Netscape for a time and hated it.

IE5... I used Netscape 4.x all the time, I was waiting for NS6, was reluctant getting into IE4/5 all the time... Then NS6.0 came out, it was a real disappointment. Then I felt down... I use IE5 sincen then, which turned out to be a really great piece of software, still today, even if some features (like the organization of the bookmarks and such) pleased me more.
