If you can answer any of these questions i would be grateful

1- If i were to set up a small LAN using three IBM compatible PC's, what types of LAN cabling could i possibly use if i had ISA Ethernet cards?

2- What is the maximum data transmission speed that i could expect using this LAN and what type of cabling would i need to use?

3- If i decided to use thin-net cabling, why would i need to use terminators on the end of some of the T-junctions?

4- If i used Cat-5 UTP cabling, could i connect the LAN cards directly up to one another, or would they need to go via something? If they had to go via a peice of equipment, what would this equipment be called?

5- If Windows 95 was the operating system software used on each of my IBM compatible PC's, what protocol would be the "best" to get the LAN up and running?

6- Once i have got my Ethernet cards installed in each of the PC's and all the necessary network cabling has been done, what steps would i need to take to get the network up and running?
