Change Title Bar in Out Look Express

The top bar in OutLook Express 5 reads:
Outlook Express provided by AT&T Worldnet Service
I know its a regestry hack ( I found and changed IE 5 ) but I cant find it for Outlook Express. Does anyone know where to find it at.
Thanks old dog
