Trying to register Norton AntiVirus 2002

I've been trying to register it for a while but for some reason it wont do it.

I'm using AOL 6 to connect. It gets to the point where it says the connection is secure and that it is sending registration infomation, thats as far as it gets.

Is there anything special I need to do considering I'm using AOL?

Yes...get another ISP provider. AOL sucks. They take complete control of your PC, you have to use their intergrated browser, I hate when programs take control.

Cool

You can minimize you current browser (upper right hand corner), and open up a new browser by clicking the IE browser in your system tray. Just use AOL as ISP and run whatever browser you want.

The registration server on NOrton is really slow, even on a cable modem it will take upto 5 minutes for it to register.

Ahh, I thought I just had a dodgy connection.

Thanks for that, I'll try it later.
