IE 6 pop up about connections

hey everybody, i get a pop up from internet explorer about come kinda connection once in a while, if i remeber correctly it says "how would u like this to connect to you, or connect to this" one or the other, and it also has a check off stating " do not show this message until the next time u log on " and it has aol highlighted in blue, and has a setting box and a cancel box, but forgot whats in the setting box because it didnt appear to have anything relating to shuting this box off, im on road runner cable and i have aol too but i only browse with IE 6, i never seen this before because i just reformatted not too long ago and its showing me this message. dam i always look confused...
