Question Can't view source code of web pages with IE

Just wondering if anyone out there has ever experienced this before. I seem to be unable to view the source code of web sites anymore. I used to do this regularly to learn about how various sites/pages work, but now for some reason I don't seem to be able to do it. The button on my browser is not highlighted and when I go to 'view' 'source' nothing happens.
I was running IE 5.5 when this first started happening, I upgraded to IE 6 thinking that might fix the problem, but it's still there.
Any hints or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi Stevie,

Try this:
  1. Open Intenet Explorer
  2. Go to Tools->Internet Options->Programs (tab)
  3. Set the HTML Editor to Notepad (or whatever editor you like)
Hope that helps.

Thanks,
I've already played around with that, telling it to use notepad and various other HTML editors that I use - to no avail.
Any other ideas?

It has happened to me on occasion. The fix is to close IE and reopen it or to clear your TIF folder.
