Hello, I am working on my parents computer, as they have a problem accessing a certain web page. The main page comes up (it is password protected, and utilizes 128 bit encryption on this site). Now from any other computer, but theirs, they can access this page. It seems to me that the problem is within their browser. They are using IE 6.0, the page that comes up says that there is a problem with the web page requested or that the browser settings are not enabled for an encrypted site. So, I am not sure what to do next, I have looked through the tools/internet options/advanced settings and the tools/internet options/security----not sure what I am looking for though. Thanks in advance for your help.

Found the problem
I found the root of the problem. While in IE6 click on help at the top of the screen and then click on About internet explorer. In the information box you will see Cipher Strength. The problem computer had a cipher strength of 0. I checked out the cipher strength on my laptop and it read 128 bit. I found the fix on microsofts web page, all I had to do was extract three files, dll type, and the problem was solved.
