Check your security settings and permissions in CONTROL PANEL>INTERNET OPTIONS and click on the Security Tab and then the Content Tab.

You can also get there when Internet Explorer is open by clicking on TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS.

You have to sign up for before you can access the site. That is why you are forbidden because you have not registered for the site.

There is a link at the top that says Sign Up For The RateCali Mailing List. My guess is that after you sign up and get a password to logon with you can access the site.

You don't have permission to access /data/html/2364.shtml on this server.
Apache/1.3.12 Server at www.ratecali.com Port 80

This is only a guess....

I'm thinking the previous machine had a cookie loaded which would allow you access to the site without logging on or registering your email again. If you never deleted the history, temp files, & cookies on your old machine you probably wouldn't have experienced this problem before.

Maybe you should register your email address again and see if your access is restored.

Good luck.

I agree with homie27. Your new pc does not have the cookie used to identify you to the website. You may have to re-register, if possible, or contact the website, if not.
