MSN Browser
Since my recent dislike to my Broadband company and returning to dial-up
 My ISP is my phone company (Qwest) and they use MSN's Browser. I have never used it before but so far I am not really impressed. Is there a way to change my browser to IE but remain with the same ISP (it is the cheapest)? |

With MSN you just have to minimize their browser and use whatever one you prefer. If you exit out of it I believe it disconnects you.
