Annoying Pop-ups

I get hit by this annoying pop-ups trying to sell me a web camera all the time... It seems or has a disguise to be coming from yahoo, but I'm not sure. Anyway, I've PopUp Killer running on my box, but it somehow misses it occasionally. Does anyone know an effective way to deal with it (can't just disallow web pages from opening a browser because some do need it to present the info. I'm looking for)? Also, does anybody know whether IE or Netscape is gonna address this issue? I compare pop-ups to trespassers, and I would like to push the software makers to close the loop hole. Thanks a bunch!

Question

To add to your 'Black list'
Double click the icon in your toolbar and on the pop ups tab you will see two windows the bottom one says detected pop ups, find the annoying ad you want to get rid of and double click it, OR right click it and select Add, then Black list. You might make sure that under prefrences/detection, that you have smart and safe mode checked,is this what you wanted to know?
