Mozilla is playing tricks on me

Hey guys, for the last few days or so, I have really been messing around with Mozilla and liking what I see. However, there are several strange things happening that I can not understand.

The first. When I try to send e-mail using Yahoo or Hotmail (I don't use stuff like outlook) it will not send. The little progress bar at the bottom of the screen doesn't appear/move and nothing will ever happen. I just find it weird and if decided to use this as my default browswer, I would like to be able to send e-mail.

The second. I also play some online games with my friends in Yahoo. Nothing major, generally chess or pool, just something to have a laugh with. Anyway, I wanted to see what/how Mozilla would handle the java and whatnot required. It said I needed the plug in which I thought was no big deal. I downloaded the plug in, let it go to it's default destination and restarted the browser like stated. For some reason, i can't get it to work. I tried reinstalling several times and am stumpped.

The third just happened. When I was trying to submit this thread, I did the same thing as with the E-mail. I'm beginning to think it just won't let me submit anywhere ( not that I have tried everywhere).

If anyone can give me some info on this what i concider strange stuff, please let me know and give advise. Oh, one last thing, all of these things work fine in Internet Explorer. Thanks.

Hi Gabe,
are you using Windows or Linux? M$ doesn't like to play nice with third-party browsers....just a guess. You might want to recheck your settings for the mail client. hth

Sorry it wasn't much help. Mozilla is in heavy development. You probably already went here http://www.mozilla.org/mailnews/
but at least join the fun and report a bug.

Hello again. I have made some progress, I am now able to play Yahoo games but still unable to post messeges or send email wiht Mozilla. Either way, I really don't care anymore, I'll just use IE for sending mail. Thanks for your help.
