I am attempting to get a RMA from ATI Support via their email program. After I enter all their required info and click "Submit", I get this message on the screen:
Microsoft VBScript compilation error '800a0400' Expected statement /rma/include.asp,Line 2 Option Explicit ^ Is this something I'm doing wrong or is their site screwed up? Carl |

Gnerma,
So I take it that they didn't get my request? Maybe I should call their 900 number? Wait a minute, 900? Carl |

I seriously doubt they got your request since the error happened on line 2 in the code. ASP code usually starts with a language declaration then line 2 is the 'option explicit' line
1 - < % @ language="VBscript" % > 2 - < % Option Explicit % > I'm not sure how they could have screwed that up. Do they have an email address posted anywhere so you don't have to use their form? I would expect a big company like ATI to have that fixed right away.

Gnerma,
No, they don't have an email address that I can find. I click on contact in the support area, they ask if I want to email, and that takes me to the problem area. I may have to call them. Oh well, what's $$$$$ ??? Carl |
