moving webpages up and down really slow
just built computer and when i went on internet the connection is fine. downloads are normal speeds, but when i scroll down on pages its extremely slow and has the a wave type of an affect. very annoying and would like to know how to fix it. thanks for help.

Sounds like a video porblem to me. Download the latest drivers for your card. See if that helps.
