Looks like a pretty good idea. Anyone used this yet? Wondering how well it works, 'cause I think I may try it.

Seems like a hassle to me. Every time you need to give out your e-mail address you would need to create a new account? I think it is far easier to have two or more accounts: one for personal use that you never use on web forms, etc. and one for more business use. Using existing filters should do the trick. Disposable e-mail addresses, like disposable credit card numbers, are not really needed if you take the right precautions.

I've got some hotmail accts. I use for that purpose, some with female names.
