weird message when trying to send info through website

im entering information on this website (name, phone #, email etc. and when i press submit it gives me this:

FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.

Click the arrow to return to the previous page.

what does this mean? is it something I have to do or something wrong with the site. just a site where im trying to apply for a job.

Thanks.

Obviuosly there is a problem with the site Microsoft Front Page is a web publishing program that a lot of web developers use Front page extensions are files that are on the site in order to upload pages published with Front Page.
