Updating my webpage
I have a kinda weird question about html and updating my web page. When I update my page some people still get the old page showing up in their browser from their cache, and so they complain that I have not updated the site in a long time. While I know that the easy solution is to tell them to hit the refresh button on their browser, I was wondering if there was any way to eliminate this problem by anything I could put in my code forcing the browser to download it every time it was accessed.

Actually, I would be willing to bet that your ISP is caching the web pages. You can call them and ask them if they are doing this. This will cause the problem that you describe more so then the fact that their browser is caching the pages. The default for the browser is to check and see if there is any new information on the web page before getting it from the cache, but if your ISP is caching, then the browser will only see the old page because that is what the ISP is displaying.
