Dialup and lockup
I've got a friend who everytime she logs onto the internet and may go to her homepage or to another other page, check her email the computer just locks up. She's running windows 98 with NAV. don't know what type of machine. Could this be a virus? What else could be causing it?

Try disabling NAV.
Try upgrading to the latest version of whatever browser you are using. Try clearing temporary internet files and history from your browser. |
