can't get rid of "page has expired message"

first of all i would like to know if anyone else ever gets the message "warning: page has expired." I get this message all the time and I thought it was just the individual website but i get them on all different types of sites. For instance i go to footlocker.com to look for shoes and browse around, put stuff in my cart and then i go to register an account and forgot to put some info in and when i press the back button I get this stupid message, and it erases all my info that i put on the registration page. I know this has something to do with security and cookies but I also get this on places like imdb.com where all im doing is looking for movies. it's like i can never press the back button in my browser or i get this stupid message. i used to never get this message and now i want to know how to get rid of it. I have gotten help with this issue before but obviously it didn't work. this is really annoying and am wondering if anyone here knows how to change this. Thanks.

bhome83,
Any site that I use that has the yellow security lock will not let me use the back button either.
I believe it is a secure connection to protect you and the company.

oops

I am pretty sure it's standard on all forms now on the web. You have probably upgraded your versions of ie before you got this message. I am not sure there is way of gettting rid of it but you could set all your links to open in new windows that way you would never have to hit back to a form. Go to tool internet options and have a look in there.
