Ie6 opening new pages

Hope this makes sense. I had been using IE5.5. I upgraded to IE6 and had continuous problems with mshtml.dll errors, so I started using Netscape. Been using Netscape for about a year. All the while, updating my video card (newest one available) and updating my Logitech mouse drivers. Anything I could find. Has helped some with IE6. I went back to using IE6 as my default browser, but now I get all kinds of script errors, windows that popup with nothing in them, and when I click on a link to open another page, I just get a blank page. Nothing ever loads. Any suggestions?

The reason is because IE6 is an awful browser. I had so many problems with IE6 that I went back to IE5.5.

i upgraded from ie 5 to 6 seamlessly. imho. netscape is crap compared to ie simply because of MS' domination of the computer world. as for the pop up windows - do you have Kazaaa or morpheus running because that might be doing that stuff. blank targets? um............ no idea sorry

Open add/remove programs and remove IE6, tell it to restore previous configuration - you should have 5.5 back. Then go to Windows Update and get all the critical updates.
